About

~ Domonique ~

I'm a twenty-something Mom balancing parenting, gaming, and the never ending pursuit of higher education.
You'll usually find me listening to music and singing loudly in Japanese to my son, Eli, or lusting after the latest game on Steam. I'm a lover a JPOP and Black Culture. I'm a knowledge consumer, PC gamer, handheld and console collector, magazine hoarder, and pen borrower with an intense love for all things tech.

Keep up with me here at The Lazy Scholar Blog and we can geek out together!

~ Eli ~

I'm 2 years-old and I love technology! I can use Mommy's smartphone to watch videos, play games, and read books. I've even guessed the passcode once and unlocked it by myself!

Running around while Mommy chases me makes me laugh. And after being busy all day, I love to curl up with my Mommy, eat my snack, drink my juice, and watch Super Why or Thomas & Friends.

My Mommy uses the Montessori Method to guide me in becoming an independent and confident little guy. We do lots of activities that help strengthen my motor skills. I was born seven weeks early and even though physical therapy has helped me grow big and strong, my Mommy wants me to progress even more!

At the end of the day, I take a warm bath, then, when my jammies are on, I sit on Mommy's lap, drink my cuppy, and cuddle until I fall asleep.

Being a smart & handsome little guy is hard work!
